About this policy
This policy explains how Orenda Holdings LLP and the Orenda Group companies collect and use personal data through this website, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
What you tell us in our forms: your name, email address and message, and, where a form asks for them, your phone number, company, city and job title.
For job applications: your CV and the details you include with it.
For event registrations: the details needed to book your place.
Technical data: your browser type and the pages you visit, and your IP address, which we store only in a scrambled form to prevent spam.
Cookies, as described in our cookie policy.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and pass it to the right Orenda company.
To consider your job application.
To manage your event registration and send you its details.
To send you updates, only if you have asked for them.
To keep the website secure and free of spam.
To understand how the website is used, only if you accept analytics cookies.
Who we share it with
Your details are shared within the Orenda Group only with the company that handles your enquiry or application. We use trusted service providers for hosting, email delivery and, with your consent, analytics; they may use your data only on our instructions. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep proper business records. CVs are deleted 12 months after the role they were sent for closes. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to withdraw a consent you have given. Write to inquiry@orendagroup.in and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection, access to your data is limited to the people who need it, and files you send are never made public.
